Awards for the Defense of Children

City of Ladies Awards - 2024
At the 2023 City of Ladies Awards, the Education and Development Foundation was awarded in the category Rioniversal, This award, which celebrates those who work for education and youth, was spearheaded by Carla Riobóo Guerrero, creator of the board game brand Rioniversal. It highlights our cultural and social contribution to the benefit of children. An honor that reaffirms our commitment to the holistic development of boys and girls!
UAM Recognition of the Piura Playgroups Network.
At the suggestion of the Faculty of Teacher Training and Education, the Alumni Award was granted to the Piura Playgroups Network, an initiative of the Education and Development Foundation of Spain. The network aims to provide several thousand children in Piura, aged 4 to 12, with the opportunity to exercise their right to play and, consequently, the resulting benefits in various aspects of their physical, linguistic, cognitive, and social development. This award was accepted by a representative of the Piura Federation of Education (FED Piura) in the presence of our president, Dr. José Luis Linaza Iglesias.

Premio anual Award of the International Council of Toy Industries (ICTI) - 2019
In June 2019, during the International Council of Toy Industries (ICTI) General Meeting held in Valencia, the Education and Development Foundation was awarded the prestigious ICTI Annual Award. This recognition highlights our work in promoting the right to play and the holistic development of children. The award was received by the Foundation's president, José Luis Linaza, and secretary, Antonio Maldonado, on behalf of the entire team that makes this important work possible. This achievement reinforces our commitment to children!
